• Deliver exceptional technical support to Polish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat regarding various e-commerce tools.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer inquiries and technical issues efficiently.
• Guide customers through the features and benefits of e-commerce tools to enhance their user experience.
• Document customer interactions and solutions accurately in the CRM system.
• Work closely with team members to share insights and improve service quality.
• Engage in training and development opportunities to enhance your product knowledge and technical skills.
• Provide constructive feedback aimed at improving customer service processes.

Requirements

• Fluent in Polish and English, both written and verbal.
