• Provide excellent customer service to Norwegian-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat support.
• Resolve product-related issues and troubleshoot smart home devices effectively.

• Document customer interactions accurately and proactively in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to improve customer experience and service delivery.
• Engage in training sessions to stay updated on industry developments.
• Offer constructive feedback to help enhance operational processes.

Requirements

• Fluency in Norwegian and English, both spoken and written.
• Strong communication skills with a dedication to customer satisfaction.

• Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not a requirement.
