Entrepreneurial Coach - Client Success Manager

Our client is seeking a passionate and results-driven Entrepreneurial Coach to join their remote team. In this role, you will manage a portfolio of 40 founders, guiding them through proven systems for audience growth and brand building. Your primary focus will be to help founders achieve breakthrough results within 90 days. Key Responsibilities: Conduct 25 weekly coaching calls, providing strategic guidance, accountability, and motivation. Support founders in implementing growth strategies to increase their online presence, build their brand, and drive business results. This role requires a strong understanding of entrepreneurship, marketing, and business development. You will also be responsible for tracking progress, identifying areas for improvement, and providing recommendations for future growth. Requirements: 3+ years of experience in coaching, mentoring, or consulting; Strong understanding of entrepreneurship, marketing, and business development; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to work independently and as part of a team; Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
