Tasks

As an Entrepreneur in Residence (EiR), you will become an integral part of our team and play a decisive role in optimizing existing processes and implementing new projects. Your main responsibilities include:

• Ownership in Talent Success Communication and Community Management
• Direct collaboration with the founding team, including Founder Associate tasks
• Identifying innovation opportunities and new project ideas
• Collaboration with Marketing, Talent Success, and Product Teams

Qualification

We are looking for a passionate Entrepreneur in Residence who brings the following qualifications and characteristics:

• Dynamic and ambitious working style
• Ideal experience with CRM (e.g. HubSpot)
• Entrepreneurial thinking and the willingness to proactively identify and solve problems
• Passion for social issues and demonstrated motivation to contribute to societal change
• Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment
