Entrepreneur in Residence - SaaS w/m/x | Location: Berlin | Earliest Possible Start Date: 15.09.2025 | Employment Type Full-time (40 hours/week)

We are looking for an entrepreneurial thinking Entrepreneur in Residence who will work together with us to build a new SaaS business in the HR-software sector with integrated payroll solution. In this role, you will work directly with the founding team, develop new ideas, test business models, and implement them independently. You will be operationally involved from day one, driving sales and marketing, building initial processes, and laying the foundation for future growth.

We at HeavenHR have set ourselves the goal of revolutionizing and digitally transforming all areas of personnel management with our All-in-One HR-Payroll (SaaS) solution. Our software regulates everything - from vacation management to time recording. Over 1,300 companies are already using our innovative solution in the DACH region. We are supported by experienced business angels (Auto1 founder, McMakler) and international investors (Target Global, Piton Capital).

Your Tasks:

• Independent building of new business fields within our SaaS startup (HR/Payroll software)
• Development and validation of innovative product ideas and business models
• Active customer acquisition and independent implementation of sales activities
• Building and steering marketing and lead generation measures
• Establishing efficient processes and structures for rapid growth
• Building, coaching, and further developing a dynamic team
• Continuous tracking and reporting of relevant KPIs (e.g. revenue, CAC, customer growth)
• Close cooperation with the founding team and other company departments

Your Profile:

• Outstanding entrepreneurial thinking and high self-initiative
• Experience in the startup environment, ideally in SaaS solutions or HR/Payroll products
• Sales affinity and proven sales experience
• High analytical competence and data-driven mindset (KPI-oriented)
• Hands-on mentality with willingness to take on operational tasks
• Strong communication skills and confident demeanor
• Structured working style, combined with flexibility and resilience
• Fluent German and English
