Your Role

You will learn everything about founding in an Early-Stage environment!

The program could look like this:
- Functionally, you will go through several departments (e.g. Operations, Product, Marketing or Finance) and collect hands-on experience with full ownership
- You drive and manage cross-functional projects that are critical for our company's success (e.g. strategic expansion and growth themes)
- After a predefined time period, we decide together whether you will pursue your own entrepreneurial path or remain in a leading position within the company - In both cases, we provide structured coaching and support for your own founding
