Your Mission

As Entrepreneur in Residence (EIR) (m/w/d) for Operations, you will work closely with the founding team and COO and take over operational responsibility in central areas. The goal is to organize daily business, reliably advance projects, and provide the leadership team with the necessary space for strategic topics.

Your Tasks

• As Entrepreneur in Residence (m/w/d), you will be responsible for prioritized themes from Operations, project management, and internal processes.
• You will steer ongoing initiatives independently – from structuring to consistent implementation.
• In close cooperation with COO, founders, and team leads, you will act as a sparring partner on an equal level.
• You will prepare decisions, projects, and measures in a structured manner and ensure their subsequent follow-up.
• You will recognize bottlenecks, risks, and optimization potential in daily business early on and lead concrete measures accordingly.
• You will actively participate in developing processes, structures, and internal standards and implement improvements.
• You will take over special projects with high priority (e.g. scaling, new business fields, tool or process development)

Your Profile

• Long-term experience in startups, scale-ups, venture environment, and/or operational leadership roles
• You are strong in implementation, structuring, and prioritization – even with unclear starting conditions
• Experience in the energy, infrastructure, or construction sector
• You have an entrepreneurial mindset, high self-responsibility, and a hands-on mentality
• You have a very good understanding of Operations, processes, and interface work
• You are able to communicate sovereignly on all levels – from the operational team to management
• You have German language skills at mother tongue level and business English skills that allow for confident communication
