About the role

TEACHERS FOR THE VOLLEYBALL AREA

In this role, you will be responsible for developing training programs adapted to each athlete to bring them to their maximum performance at the right time, always adhering to the university's values. Your work will connect with our global mission, generating impact on the operational excellence and academic quality of the campus.

Your main challenges

Provide quality training, to generate the physical, technical, tactical, and mental growth of students

Manage a healthy group and create internal competition for the development and improvement of the team

Maintain excellent behavior and presentation during training sessions and matches

Provide follow-up to each of the players and positively influence their development

Profile we are looking for

Essential Requirements:

Certification in volleyball coach courses endorsed by FIVB, FMVB, SICCED, or similar.

Accreditations/certificates validating participation in national or international competitions.

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a teacher.

Proficiency and experience in the use of ICTs

Proficiency in Office suite and different programs like Teams, Blackboard, or similar.

Availability to travel

Knowledge of university competition forums

Previous experience in University competition forums such as CONADEIP, CONDDE, ANUIES.

Desirable:

Experience in global or educational environments

Key competencies: strategic thinking, innovation, collaborative leadership, service orientation, analytical vision.
