TO SUPPORT OUR TEAM, WE ARE LOOKING FOR IMMEDIATELY:

CHEF DE PARTIE GARDEMANGER 40H/WEEK (m/f/d)

We offer:

• € 2,400 net / month plus tips
• 5-day week
• Shift work (early and late shifts alternating weekly, kitchen closing at 11:00 PM)
• Sunday day off
• Closed on Christmas and New Year's Eve
• Free meals
• Secure employment in a successful, long-established company

Your tasks

• Preparation of dishes within your station
• Mise en Place
• Close collaboration with the Sous Chefs and the Chef de Cuisine
• Adherence to HACCP guidelines and in-house quality standards
• Compliance with all safety regulations

Your profile

• Experience in a similar position in upscale gastronomy
• You have completed vocational training
• You work conscientiously and enjoy cooking
• You have a high level of quality awareness and creativity
• You are organized and always keep an overview, even in stressful situations
