Payroll Clerk (w/m/d) from a Tax Consultancy Firm

We are looking for an experienced developer as

PAYROLL CLERK / PAY ROLL (w/m/d) with at least 3 years of professional experience from a tax consultancy firm and knowledge in Datev Lodas.

In your new position, you will calculate the salaries of employees from two of the eight locations (no tax consulting, no client accounting!).

In accordance with your qualifications and professional experience, you can earn up to 60,000 € p.a.

The full-time position is to be filled through personnel placement. This means: You will have a fixed employment relationship with your new employer from the start, which they would like to maintain for many years.

Tasks

Voilà, that's what your new job looks like!

• You create salary calculations including special features such as honorarium calculations
• You are the reliable point of contact for employees whose salaries you have calculated, answering questions about their salary calculations
• You calculate wages and social insurance contributions and report them to the relevant authorities
• In addition, you will communicate with health insurance companies, authorities, and other institutions
• You will also assist in account settlement (salary and wage accounts).

Qualification

This is what you bring:

• You have completed a commercial training successfully, ideally with a focus on personnel or payroll accounting or even as a tax consultant
• You have at least three years of professional experience in payroll accounting in a tax consultancy firm
• You have already worked with Datev Lodas and gained extensive experience here
• You have very good German language skills in writing and speaking
