For a regionally rooted and well-known company with around 500 employees and headquarters in the Winnenden area, we are looking for you as an ENTGELTABRECHNERIN or PERSONALSACHBEARBEITERIN (W/M/D). Depending on your qualifications and professional experience, you can earn up to €65,000 per year here. The full-time position is to be filled through personnel placement. Which means: You will have a fixed employment relationship with your new employer from the start, which they would like to keep for many years. Your task area includes topics such as salary calculation (30-40%) and personnel (60-70%) Among other things, you will create employment contracts, contract amendments, warnings, and performance certificates. You will also monitor deadlines. For the approximately 500 employees, you will prepare salary and wage calculations including allowances (also for part-time employees) and arrange for payments. In addition, you will take over the notification and certification process and serve as an interface to social insurance carriers and pension funds. You will be a competent and friendly point of contact for the employees under your care. You will advise management on labor law, tax law, and social security issues.
