We are looking for you as

Salary Calculator and/or HR Assistant (w/m/d) with professional development

for a regionally rooted and well-known company with headquarters in the Winnenden area and approximately 500 employees.

In accordance with your qualifications and work experience, you can earn up to €65,000 per year here.

The full-time position is to be filled through personnel placement. This means: You will have a fixed employment relationship with your new employer from the start, which they would like to maintain for many years.

All subsequent designations are directed at all genders for better readability.

Aufgaben

This is what your new job looks like!

• Your area of responsibility includes the themes of Personnel (60-70%) and Salary Calculation (30-40%).
• You will, among other things, create employment contracts, contract amendments, warnings, and performance reports.
• You will also monitor deadlines.
• You will prepare salary and wage calculations for approximately 500 employees, including allowances (also for part-time employees), and arrange for payments to be made.
• In addition, you will take over the notification and certification process and serve as an interface to social security and pension insurance providers.
• You will be a competent and friendly point of contact for the employees under your care.
• You will advise management on labor law, tax law, and social insurance matters.
• Finally, you will prepare monthly statistics.

Qualifikation

• You should have work experience either in salary calculation or personnel administration, ideally in both areas. If you don't have one of these areas, we will train you in it.
• You possess very good German language skills in writing and speaking.
• We would rather not mention the usual personal attributes at this point and would like to get to know you as a person. What's important is that you enjoy working with nice colleagues and are an absolute team player who wants to further develop professionally.
