We are looking for you as

Salary Calculator and/or HR Representative (w/m/d) with the chance to develop your professional skills

for a well-established company with approximately 500 employees located in the Winnenden area.

In accordance with your qualifications and work experience, you can earn up to €65,000 per year here.

The full-time position is to be filled through personnel placement. This means: You will have a fixed employment relationship with your new employer from day one, which they would like to maintain for many years.

Aufgaben

This is what your new job looks like!

• Your area of responsibility includes topics such as Personnel (60-70%) and Salary Calculation (30-40%).
• You will, among other things, create employment contracts, contract amendments, warnings, and performance certificates.
• You will also monitor deadlines.
• You will prepare the salary and wage calculations for approximately 500 employees, including supplements (also for part-time employees), and arrange for payments to be made.
• You will take over the notification and certification process and serve as an interface to social insurance funds and pension insurance providers.
• You will be a competent and friendly point of contact for the employees you are responsible for.
• You will advise management on labor, tax, and social security law matters.
• You will also prepare monthly statistics.

Qualifikation

• A good mood, enthusiasm for nice colleagues and teamwork!
• You should have work experience either in salary calculation or personnel management, ideally in both areas. If you don't have one of these areas, we will train you.
• You possess very good German language skills in writing and speaking.
• We would rather not mention the usual personal attributes at this point and would like to get to know you as a person. What's important is that you enjoy nice colleagues and are an absolute team player who wants to develop professionally.
