Salary Calculator and/or HR Assistant for a very attractive employer

in a regionally rooted and well-known company with approximately 500 employees and located in the Waiblingen area.

In accordance with your qualifications and professional experience, you can earn up to €65,000 per year here.

The full-time position is to be filled through personnel placement. This means: You will have a fixed employment relationship with your new employer from the start, which they would like to maintain for many years.

All subsequent designations are directed at all genders for better readability.

Tasks

This is what your new job looks like!

• Your task area includes the topics of Personnel (60-70%) and Salary Calculation (30-40%)
• You will, among other things, create employment contracts, contract amendments, warnings, and performance certificates
• You will also monitor deadlines
• You will prepare salary and wage calculations for approximately 500 employees, including supplements (also for part-time employees), and arrange for the transfers
• You will take over the notification and certification process and serve as a competent and friendly point of contact for the employees you are responsible for
• You will advise management on labor law, tax law, and social security matters
• You will also prepare monthly statistics.

Qualification

This is what you bring with you:

• A good mood, enthusiasm for nice colleagues and teamwork!
• You should have professional experience either in salary calculation or HR assistance, ideally in both areas. If you don't have one of the two areas, you will be trained in it
• You possess very good German language skills in writing and speaking
• We would rather not mention personal attributes at this point and would like to get to know you as a person. What's important is that you enjoy nice colleagues and are an absolute team player who wants to further develop professionally
