Payroll/Entgeltabrechner/Gehaltsabrechner (w/m/d) from a Tax Consultancy Firm

We are looking for an experienced developer as

PAYROLL/ENTGELTABRECHNER/GEHALTSABRECHNER (w/m/d) with at least 3 years of professional experience from a Tax Consultancy Firm and knowledge in Datev Lodas.

In your new position, you will calculate the salaries of employees from two of our eight locations (no tax consulting, no client accounting!).

Your new employer with its headquarters in a prime Stuttgart city location offers you a home office share of one day per week after successful onboarding, as well as numerous benefits.

In accordance with your qualifications and professional experience, you can earn up to 60,000 € p.a.

The full-time position is to be filled through personnel placement. This means: You will have a fixed employment relationship with your new employer from the start, which they would like to maintain for many years.

All subsequent designations are directed at all genders for better readability.

Aufgaben

This is what your new job looks like!

• You create salary statements, including special features such as honorarium calculations
• You are the reliable point of contact for employees whose salaries you have calculated, answering questions about their salary statements
• You calculate wages and social insurance contributions and report them to the relevant authorities
• In addition, you communicate with health insurance companies, authorities, and other institutions
• You also work on account reconciliation (salary and wage accounts).

Qualifikation

This is what you bring:

• A good mood, a desire for nice colleagues and teamwork!
• You have successfully completed a commercial training program, ideally with a focus on personnel or payroll accounting, or even as a tax consultant
• You have at least three years of professional experience in payroll accounting in a tax consultancy firm
• You have already worked with Datev Lodas and gained extensive experience in this area
• You have very good German language skills in writing and speaking
