We are looking for you as

SALARY CALCULATORIN (W/M/D) plus taking over tasks from HR department

for a well-known and regionally deeply rooted employer with approximately 500 employees and seat in the Winnenden area.

In accordance with your qualifications and professional experience, you can earn up to 65,000 € per year here.

The full-time position is to be filled through personnel placement. Which means: You will have a fixed employment relationship with your new employer from the start, who would like to keep you for many years.

All subsequent designations are directed at all genders for better readability.

Aufgaben

Voilà, that's what your new job looks like!

• Your task area includes topics of salary calculation (30-40%) and HR (60-70%)
• You will also create employment contracts, contract amendments, warnings, and performance certificates
• You will monitor deadlines
• You will prepare the salaries and wages for approximately 500 employees, including supplements (also for part-time employees), and arrange for payments
• You will take over the notification and certification process and serve as an interface to social security and pension insurance providers
• You will be a competent and friendly point of contact for the employees you are responsible for
• You will advise management on labor, tax, and social security law matters
• You will prepare monthly statistics.

Qualifikation

• A good mood, enthusiasm for nice colleagues and teamwork!
• You should have professional experience either in salary calculation or HR, ideally in both areas. If you don't have one of the two areas, we will train you
• You possess very good German language skills in writing and speaking
• We would rather not mention personal attributes at this point and would like to get to know you as a person. What's important is that you enjoy nice colleagues and are an absolute team player who wants to further develop professionally
