Your new employer, located in the southern part of Stuttgart, is a well-established service company with eight locations throughout Germany and over 400 employees. In accordance with your qualifications and professional experience, you can earn up to 75,000 € p.a..

The full-time position is to be filled through personnel placement. This means: You will have a fixed employment relationship with your new employer from the start, which they would like to maintain for many years.

Aufgaben

• In a team of two other colleagues, you will create salary calculations.
• In addition to the salary calculations, many individual calculations will be added, including annual bonus calculations at different times.
• You will also take care of related topics such as time accounts, absences due to illness, reintegration, parental leave and maternity protection.
• You will handle notifications and certification matters and serve as an interface to social security and pension insurance providers.
• You will draft adjustments in employment contracts and terminations.
• You will advise employees and management on all personnel-related issues and be a competent and friendly point of contact for the employees you are responsible for.
• In addition, you will bring your expertise and experience to bear in further digitalization.

Qualifikation

This is what you bring:

• A good mood, a desire for nice colleagues and teamwork!
• You have at least eight years of professional experience in salary calculation and personnel administration.
• If desired, you have already worked with Datev and Atoss (no prerequisite).
• You are interested in further digitalization and would like to bring your own experiences.
• You possess very good German language skills in writing and speaking.
• We would rather not mention the usual personal attributes at this point and would like to get to know you as a person. What's important is that you have a desire for nice colleagues and are an absolute team player who wants to further develop their expertise.
