The full-time position is to be filled as part of personnel placement. This means: From the start, you have a permanent employment relationship with your new employer, who would like to employ you for many years.

Tasks

Voilà, this is what your new job looks like!

• Your area of responsibility includes the topics of personnel (60-70%) and payroll accounting (30-40%)
• Among other things, you create employment contracts, contract changes, warnings and work references
• You also monitor deadlines
• For the approx. 500 employees, you create salary and wage statements including surcharges (also for part-time employees) and initiate the transfers
• In addition, you take over the reporting and certification system and are the interface to social and pension insurance providers
• You are a competent and friendly contact person for the employees you look after
• You advise the management on labor, tax and social security law issues
• Finally, you take over the creation of monthly statistics.

Qualification

• You have initial experience in payroll accounting. You will be trained in the other tasks from the personnel area if you should not yet have any experience here
• You have very good German language skills in spoken and written form
