Aufgaben

• Your area of responsibility includes the topics of Personal (60-70 %) and Salary Calculation (30-40 %)
• Among other things, you will create employment contracts, contract amendments, warnings, and performance certificates
• You will also monitor deadlines
• You will create salary and wage calculations for approximately 500 employees, including allowances (also for minor employees), and arrange for the transfers
• You will take over the notification and certification process and serve as a competent and friendly point of contact for the employees you are responsible for
• You will advise the management on labor, tax, and social insurance law matters
• Finally, you will create monthly statistics.

Qualifikation

• You have some experience in salary calculation. You will be trained in the further tasks from the personnel department if you do not have experience in this area
• You have very good German language skills in writing and speaking
