Aufgaben
- Preliminary preparation and independent implementation of ongoing monthly payroll calculations for defined accounting circles of several subsidiaries of the DIHAG Group
- Paying different employee groups, particularly tariff employees, employees, temporary workers, low-wage earners, trainees and retirees
- Maintenance, testing and updating of all relevant personnel data in SAP HCM for S/4HANA and Varial World
- Capturing, testing and processing variable remuneration components, bonuses, one-time payments, allowances, remuneration adjustments and other relevant events
- Independent evaluation of person-related payroll cases from a tax and social insurance law perspective
- Processing of notification, certification and evidence procedures vis-à-vis social security institutions, financial authorities and other external bodies, including the necessary documentation
- Contact person for employees, management staff, personnel departments of subsidiaries and external parties in all payroll-related matters
- Accompanying internal and external audits, particularly wage tax and social insurance audits
- Synchronizing salary and remuneration accounts as well as supporting monthly and annual closing activities in cooperation with financial accounting and controlling
- Creating and testing evaluations, reports and statistics in connection with payroll calculations
- Contact person for group-wide questions regarding the SAP HCM for S/4HANA module in the area of payroll calculations
- Participation in optimizing, standardizing and digitalizing group-wide payroll processes as well as system-related changes, tests and interface checks
Qualifikation
- You have a completed commercial education, ideally supplemented by further training in the area of payroll calculations, personnel management, tax law or social insurance law
- You bring several years of professional experience in independent payroll calculations, preferably in an industrial company, a company group or a shared service environment
- You possess comprehensive knowledge of wage tax, social insurance and labor law as well as notification and certification procedures
- You have a secure handling of SAP HCM for S/4HANA in the area of payroll calculations; knowledge of Varial World PW is an advantage
- You have experience in processing different employee groups, ideally also with regard to tariff regulations and cooperation with financial accounting and controlling
- You work very carefully, structured and time-conscious, check your results independently and maintain a reliable overview even when dealing with multiple accounting circles, companies and parallel deadlines
- You are characterized by responsibility, discretion and a secure handling of confidential personal data
- You enjoy working in a team, reliably coordinate with colleagues and internal interfaces, and address employees, management staff and external parties in a reliable and service-oriented manner
