Salary Calculator or Personnel Administrator (w/m/d)

for a regionally rooted and well-known company with approximately 500 employees and located in the Waiblingen area.

In accordance with your qualifications and professional experience, you can earn up to €65,000 per year here.

The full-time position is to be filled through personnel placement. This means: You will have a fixed employment relationship with your new employer from the start, which they would like to maintain for many years.

All subsequent designations are directed at all genders for better readability.

Aufgaben

Voilà, that's what your new job looks like!

• Your area of responsibility includes the themes Personal (60-70%) and Salary Calculation (30-40%)
• You will also create employment contracts, contract amendments, warnings, and performance certificates
• You will monitor deadlines
• You will create salary and wage calculations for approximately 500 employees, including supplements (also for minor employees), and arrange for the transfers
• You will take over the notification and certification process and serve as a competent and friendly point of contact for the employees you are responsible for
• You will advise management on labor law, tax law, and social insurance matters
• You will also prepare monthly statistics.

Qualifikation

• A good mood, enthusiasm for nice colleagues and teamwork!
• You should have professional experience either in salary calculation or personnel administration, ideally in both areas. If you don't have one of the two areas, we will train you
• You possess very good German language skills in writing and speaking
• We would rather not mention personal attributes at this point and would like to get to know you as a person. What's important is that you enjoy nice colleagues and are an absolute team player who wants to further develop professionally
