Our client is a nationally and internationally operating, technical company with approximately 2,000 employees worldwide, around 350 employees in EMEA, and around 100 employees at our German locationHamburg.

In accordance with your qualifications and professional experience, you can earn up to 75,000 € p.a..

The full-time position is being filled through personnel placement. Which means: You will have a fixed employment relationship with your new employer from the start, which they would like to maintain for many years.

All subsequent designations are directed at all genders for better readability.

Aufgaben

Voilà, that's what your new job looks like!

• You manage and control the external salary calculation service provider in all salary-related matters for the EMEA region and coordinate with local HR colleagues.
• You ensure the correct and timely preparation of monthly salary statements for EMEA companies within the group, including the management of domestic and foreign employees as well as the entire reporting and certification system (approximately 350 employees).
• You are the central point of contact for occupational pension planning in the EMEA region.
• You manage the time-tracking system in the EMEA region in collaboration with the HR responsible person.
• You coordinate external audits with auditors, tax authorities, and social security institutions.
• In doing so, you work closely with internal and external consultants regarding taxes, social insurance, and applicable laws.
• You work on salary increases and bonus rounds.
• You are the point of contact for insurers and professional indemnity insurance companies, as well as create specific certificates.
• In EMEA-wide projects, you work with to define and optimize HR processes.
• You manage social benefits in the EMEA region.
• You also take over HR reporting and support HR controlling.
• You support personnel managers in administrative tasks.

Qualifikation

This is what you bring:

• You have extensive professional experience and knowledge in payroll accounting, tax law, social security law, labor law, and occupational pension planning, as well as experience in working with an external salary calculation service provider.
• You have experience in the area of remuneration and social benefits, as well as HR controlling.
• You have knowledge in personnel management, including detailed methodological knowledge in business process management and design.
• In addition, you have a high level of customer orientation, reliability, and sovereignty in dealing with complex cross-border issues.
• You bring excellent communication and conflict resolution skills, as well as a binding and solution-oriented working approach towards customers at various hierarchical levels.
• Ideal candidates would have good SAP knowledge.
• You have very good language and writing skills in German and English, as well as ideally in further languages.
