Enterprise Resources Planning Specialist

As an Enterprise Resources Planning Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our resource planning processes, ensuring seamless integration with our project management systems. Your key responsibilities will include: • Developing and maintaining comprehensive resource plans, taking into account project timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize resource requirements, ensuring effective allocation of resources across projects. • Analyzing and interpreting data to inform strategic decisions on resource planning, optimizing processes for maximum efficiency and productivity. • Providing expert guidance and support to project managers, ensuring that resource plans are aligned with project objectives and timelines. • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve our resource planning capabilities. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Research, or related field. • 3+ years of experience in resource planning, project management, or a related field. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions and levels. • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and experience with resource planning software (e.g., Workday, Oracle). • Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum). • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of self-motivation and initiative.
