Enterprise Data Architect Lead

Overview Role Overview The Enterprise Data Architect will lead the design and implementation of our enterprise data architecture, ensuring alignment with Mutual System’s business goals and digital transformation strategy. Responsibilities Define and maintain the data architecture roadmap Design conceptual, logical, and physical data models Integrate data flows across legacy, cloud, and ecosystem platforms Implement governance frameworks and ensure compliance (GDPR, ISO) Collaborate with Tenant Management Teams to develop and implement data architectures that meet business requirements Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including IT, Business, and Data Science teams Ensure alignment of data architecture with overall enterprise strategy and goals Provide thought leadership on data architecture best practices and emerging trends Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed Develop and maintain documentation of data architecture standards, policies, and procedures
