Enterprise CRM Architect

Job description

The Enterprise CRM Architect will be responsible for leading the migration to Dynamics 365, understanding the current architecture, proposing improvements and defining the target architecture.

MORE PRECISELY

• Evaluate project progress and recommend technical and organizational improvements.

• Define a roadmap and reference architecture aligned with business needs.

• Counsel senior management and business teams, with strong communication skills for C-Level.

• Provide support to CRM projects thanks to solid experience in complex environments (large-scale environments)

PROFILE

• 10+ years of experience as an enterprise architect.

• 5+ years of experience at the CRM level.

• Experience in a banking environment (asset).

• Good knowledge of Azure and AWS.

• Ease of communication and vulgarization towards senior management.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.

• Bilingualism required (French and English)
