Enterprise Architecture - Senior Consultant

Job Title: Enterprise Architecture – Senior Consultant Experience: 3–5 Years Location: Africa (Onsite / Remote) Employment Type: Full-Time / Consulting Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architecture Senior Consultant to support enterprise-wide architecture initiatives, including current-state assessment, target architecture design, and roadmap development. The role requires strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks, business–IT alignment, and stakeholder engagement. Key Responsibilities • Conduct enterprise architecture assessments across business, application, data, and technology domains • Develop current-state (AS-IS) and target-state (TO-BE) architecture models • Apply TOGAF ADM to guide architecture development and implementation • Define architecture principles, standards, and governance models • Develop enterprise architecture roadmaps and transition plans • Support IT strategy, digital transformation, and modernization initiatives • Collaborate with business leaders, IT teams, and vendors • Review solution designs to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards • Prepare architecture documentation, diagrams, and executive presentations Required Skills & Qualifications • 3–5 years of experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, or IT consulting • Strong knowledge of TOGAF or equivalent enterprise architecture frameworks • Experience in architecture modeling tools and techniques • Ability to translate business requirements into architectural solutions • Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills Certifications • TOGAF (Certified) or equivalent enterprise architecture certification Nice to Have • Experience in digital transformation or large enterprise programs • Exposure to cloud architecture (AWS, Azure, GCP) • Knowledge of IT governance frameworks (COBIT, ITIL) • Prior consulting or client-facing experience
