Enterprise Architecture

We are seeking a senior consulting leader to drive enterprise architecture and digital transformation initiatives for global Manufacturing and Industrial clients. This role is designed for a Director-level professional who brings deep expertise in Enterprise Architecture, Cloud Platforms, and Industry 4.0, and who operates as a trusted advisor to senior business and technology stakeholders. The role combines strategic consulting, hands-on architecture leadership, presales contribution, and capabilities development. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and maintaining enterprise architecture frameworks and standards for clients; • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement cloud-based solutions that meet client needs; • Providing thought leadership on Industry 4.0 trends and innovations, and identifying opportunities for clients to leverage these advancements; • Building and maintaining strong relationships with senior business leaders and technology stakeholders to drive digital transformation initiatives; • Developing and delivering presales materials, such as proposals and presentations, that showcase the value of our solutions; • Participating in sales pursuits and providing technical expertise to support client engagement; • Collaborating with internal teams to develop and refine our enterprise architecture offerings and services. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; Master's degree preferred; • At least 10 years of experience in Enterprise Architecture, Cloud Platforms, and Industry 4.0; • Proven track record of success as a Director-level professional in consulting or industry; • Strong understanding of cloud platforms, including AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, and Oracle Cloud; • Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF, Zachman, or GARTNER; • Familiarity with Industry 4.0 trends and innovations, including AI, IoT, and robotics; • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders; • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously; • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make informed decisions.
