Enterprise Architect

At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for an Enterprise Architect to join our UniQue team.

What will you be doing in this role?

• Create business architecture models that reflect the organization’s strategies and goals.
• Integrate the project and program strategies and ensure alignment with business strategies and drivers, and management priorities.
• Create and implement a business vision and multi-year plan.
• Support the rationalisation of IT systems and the corporate governance processes.
• Support the development and operation of project, programme and portfolio management frameworks.
• Coordinate the EPMO function and provide effective leadership to analysts or architects.
• Coordinate and contribute to briefing production in the digital transformation area and to corporate requests.
• Contribute to the delivery of Digital Transformation strategy.
• Conduct costs/benefit analysis and As-Is and To-be situation analysis and gap analysis.
• Prepare and moderate meetings with different level of stakeholders.
• Provide business architecture and systems processing guidance.
• Conduct research to find ways to improve processes in the organization.

Requirements

What do you need to succeed in this position?

• Master's degree in IT and minimum 15 years of relevant experience (or Bachelor's in IT and minimum 19 years of experience).
• Minimum 13 years of project, programme and portfolio management methodologies.
• At least 10 years of experience in software development methodology (e.g. RUP,AGILE).
• Minimum 8 years of project management tools (e.g. MS-Project, JIRA).
• At least 8 years of experience in IT Governance.
• Extensive experience with enterprise and application architecture best practices and goals.
• Strong experience with managing corporate governance processes.
• Experience contributing and coordinating briefings in the digital area.
• Previous experience with Enterprise Architecture modelling (e.g. BPMN, UML).
• Experience in cost/benefit analysis or in As-is/To-be/Gap analysis.
• Familiar with team coordination, consulting, managing stakeholders and business representatives.
• Experience in the realisation of studies.
• Excellent English language skills(C-level, written and spoken).
