Operating Division: TPT POD Corporate H/O Employee Group: Permanent Department: ICT Location: Durban Reporting To: Senior Manager: Ent Architect & Strategy Grade: E Reference: req4424 Position Purpose The Enterprise Architect provides guidance, road maps, principles, standards and best practices to ensure alignment with business objectives and strategic direction. This role will be responsible for developing and maintaining the enterprise architecture framework, ensuring that it is aligned with the company's overall strategy and goals. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture framework Ensure alignment with business objectives and strategic direction Provide guidance on technology strategies and roadmaps Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize architectural requirements Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders Identify and mitigate risks associated with the implementation of new technologies or systems Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company's technology landscape and its impact on the business. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field 5-7 years' experience as an Enterprise Architect or similar role Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and practices Experience working with stakeholders to develop and implement architectural solutions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Certification in TOGAF, Zachman or similar framework is desirable.
