This is a newly created role and it's an exciting time to join HCC as we strengthen enterprise-wide architectural decision-making and long-term sustainability across our digital environment. Our purpose is to improve the wellbeing of Hamiltonians. To fulfil our purpose, we're working to become the leading community-focused Council unlocking Hamilton's full potential and making it the best place to live, work, and play. As Enterprise Architect, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a comprehensive enterprise architecture framework that aligns with HCC's strategic objectives. This includes identifying and addressing gaps in our current architecture, developing strategies for future-proofing our systems, and ensuring that all architectural decisions are aligned with our overall purpose. You will also work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to ensure that architectural decisions are well-understood and effectively implemented.
