Enterprise Architect Advisor

Solution SFT seeks an (e) Enterprise Architect Advisor

You will intervene within the framework of a client project that falls under the public sector in the city of Québec.

Rôle :

· Analyze key elements and processes governing the functioning of the Organization and deduce business needs to translate into terms of enterprise architecture.

  • Define, plan, and coordinate work on different deliverables for implementation, maintenance, and evolution of enterprise architecture in accordance with organizational needs;
  • Anticipate opportunities for sharing, common use, and reuse of RI;
  • Participate in studies and projects to ensure alignment with enterprise architecture orientations and principles as well as the organization's digital transformation strategy;
  • Produce innovative and articulated advice to guide major business files and large-scale projects having a corporate or strategic impact on the organization and its partners;
  • Work very closely and in concert with other enterprise architects, solution architects, designers, and technology specialists managed by DGTIC.
  • Contribute to developing and updating an organizational architecture reference framework;
  • Produce health status reports (business capacity, information, systems, software, technological infrastructure);
  • Maintain alignment with orientations and keep track of architectural trends and concepts;
  • Produce executive-level presentations.

Orientation and positioning documents

Business opportunity files

Process cartography and meta-models

Requirements :

· Total experience required: 12 years in information technologies (TI)

· Specific experience: 5 years as an enterprise architect advisor

  • Mastery of process modeling techniques (BPMN), data (E/R), applications, and infrastructure
  • Practical knowledge of TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework)
  • Project management experience
  • Developed synthesis and analysis skills
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Very good communication skills, both oral and written
