Tasks

• Administration, operation, and further development of our business applications and IT platforms
• Optimization of applications, processes, and system landscapes in close cooperation with the business departments
• Support of server, hypervisor, database, and backup environments
• Ensuring the availability, performance, and IT security of our systems
• Support with infrastructure projects, technical changes, and patch and vulnerability management
• Support of CRM, Atlassian, Power BI, and Power Apps solutions
• Participation in national and international IT projects as well as creation of technical documentation

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in system administration, IT infrastructure, or enterprise applications
• Good knowledge of Windows Server, virtualization, and Microsoft SQL
• Experience with backup and recovery solutions as well as IT security requirements
• Knowledge of CRM systems, Atlassian, Power BI, or Power Apps is an advantage
• Analytical, structured, and self-reliant way of working
• High service orientation as well as strong communication and teamwork skills
• Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken
