Job description

etalytics stands for the next generation of energy optimization. With our groundbreaking, AI-based software platform, we are revolutionizing energy management for industrial systems and global data centers. We reduce CO₂ emissions and energy costs where they have the greatest impact.

Our technology already excites experts worldwide. Now we are shifting into a higher gear and looking for a highly closing Enterprise Account Executive who can master complex sales processes in large corporations, negotiate strategic framework agreements, and make the purchasing process as easy as possible for our customers.

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you are our strategic lever on the economic and legal side of sales. While our technical sales team (Tech Sales) provides technological validation and functional proof of value, you take the helm on all commercial, legal, and procedural matters.

Your main task: To penetrate the complex procurement process in large corporations, proactively remove obstacles, and enable customers to make quick, smooth purchasing decisions through customized framework agreements and turnkey rollout plans.

Tasks:

Enterprise Sales & New Customer Acquisition: You will acquire new enterprise customers from industry, data center operators, and corporate structures, and strategically develop pilot projects into company-wide software rollouts.

Contract and Price Negotiations: You will independently conduct price, license, and framework agreement negotiations with purchasing departments as well as decision-makers at management and C-level.

Contract and Compliance Management: You will manage the coordination of SaaS contracts, data protection, compliance, and IT security requirements together with the purchasing, technical, and legal departments of our customers.

Procurement & Vendor Onboarding: You will analyze complex purchasing and approval processes in large companies early on and support vendor onboarding, compliance checks, and IT security approvals until successful completion.

Stakeholder Management: You will build strong relationships with economic decision-makers, buyers, and other relevant stakeholders in industrial companies, data centers, and corporations.

Rollout and Business Planning: Together with our technical sales team, you will develop compelling business cases, framework agreements, and rollout concepts for the company-wide deployment of our AI-based energy management software.

Pipeline and Opportunity Management: You will manage the entire sales process in a structured manner within the CRM and drive complex enterprise deals towards successful contract conclusion.

  • Experience: At least 3 years of demonstrable success in B2B enterprise sales of complex, explanation-intensive software (SaaS), ideally in the industrial, energy, or deep-tech environment.

  • Negotiation Skills in Procurement: You have experience negotiating with procurement organizations and various decision-making levels in larger companies and can find viable solutions even in complex negotiation situations.

  • Proficiency in Contract and Compliance Matters: You have a good understanding of commercial contracts, data protection, and IT security requirements and can confidently coordinate these issues with purchasing, technical, and legal departments.

  • Strong Structure & Process Thinking: You work in a structured manner, use CRM systems proficiently (HubSpot knowledge is a plus), and maintain an overview even in long enterprise sales cycles.

  • Language Skills: Fluent German and English, both written and spoken (mandatory for international large corporations).

Benefits:

  • Meaningful Work: Support industrial companies in becoming more efficient and sustainable

  • Flexibility: Hybrid working with home office options (two days per week) and flexible working hours

  • Team Spirit: A supportive, collegial environment with plenty of room for exchange and collaboration

  • Community: Regular team events and joint activities

  • Work-Life Balance: 30 vacation days and a flexible, agile work culture

  • Health: Contribution to a local gym and the option of a company bike

  • Performance-Oriented Compensation: Your performance pays off directly – with an uncapped commission model and an attractive target salary of 60% fixed and 40% variable.
