The roleWe're looking for a Digital Content Publisher to join our Global Digital Performance team. This team is responsible for delivering high-quality digital experiences across our websites, email channels and customer touchpoints, supporting both global and regional marketing initiatives.As our Digital Content Publisher, you'll manage the production, testing and deployment of website and email content across Les Mills' global digital ecosystem. You'll work closely with marketing stakeholders worldwide to publish content, support campaign launches, conduct quality assurance testing and help ensure every customer interaction meets our high standards. Skills and experience you'll needYou're an organised digital specialist who enjoys bringing campaigns to life and ensuring every detail is accurate before launch. You are comfortable working across multiple projects, collaborating with stakeholders, and troubleshooting issues in a fast-paced digital environment.You will ideally need experience in the following:

• Experience using Content Management Systems to publish and manage website content
• Experience building and deploying email campaigns within a marketing automation or email platform
• Strong attention to detail and quality assurance testing experience
• Basic HTML and CSS skills, with Photoshop experience advantageous
• Understanding of email marketing best practices, accessibility and responsive design
• Experience working with ticketing or workflow management tools such as Jira
• Ability to analyse campaign and website performance data to identify opportunities for improvement
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across multiple teams and regions
