• Foster a collaborative approach with each child to create an inclusive, safe, and caring learning environment, taking into account both their individuality and specific needs ;
  
• Implement the ministry of education's study programs for British Columbia from holistic and universal approaches that integrate indigenous learning principles ;
• Work in collaboration with the educational community at the school and central office in the classroom to benefit students (orthopedagogue, counselor, librarian, pedagogical assistant, speech therapist etc.) ;
• Show innovation to support the global success of each student through dynamic and engaging pedagogical approaches and the use of technological tools.
