Position Overview Function Nursing Facility Life Empangeni Private Hospital Position Enrolled Nurse Specialised | Emergency Unit Introduction A vacancy exists for an Enrolled Nurse Specialised (ENS) – Emergency Unit based at Life Empangeni Private Hospital reporting to the Unit Manager. The successful candidate will provide, and coordinate evidence based clinical practices and resources efficiently to achieve the Company’s strategic objectives of Growth, Efficiency, Quality and Sustainability. Key Responsibilities Provide quality nursing care to patients in accordance with the scope of practice and nursing standards. Provide nursing care which is patient focused. Ensure effective and efficient operational delivery of quality nursing care. Adhere to and promote the Patient Rights and Responsibilities. Practice within the relevant legal frameworks. Maintain accurate and up to date patient records. Demonstrate effective communication skills with all stakeholders. Requirements Grade 12 or equivalent. Diploma/ Degree in Nursing. Registration with the South African Nursing Council as an Enrolled Nurse. Relevant experience in an Emergency Unit. Skills Profile Excellent communication skills. Ability to work in a team.
