Job description
RPO's client is seeking dedicated and compassionate Enrolled Nurses for various departments within their healthcare facility. These roles are integral to providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of the hospital wards.
Positions Available:
- Paediatric Ward - Enrolled Nurses (X3)
- ICU / High Care - Enrolled Nurses (X10)
- Medical - Enrolled Nurses (X8)
- Surgical - Enrolled Nurses (X5)
- Maternity - Enrolled Nurses (X3)
- Paeds ICU / High Care - Enrolled Nurses (X4)
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and progress.
- Assist with medical procedures and examinations.
- Educate patients and their families on health care plans.
- Ensure a safe and clean working environment by adhering to infection-control policies and protocols.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
Requirements:
- Enrolled Nurse qualification.
- Current registration with the Nursing Council.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of nursing experience in a hospital setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including nights and weekends.
