Enrolled Nurse

Healthy Care Solutions is looking for a committed and skilled Enrolled Nurse to join our healthcare team. We are committed to delivering high-quality care and take great pride in our focus on excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Carry out physical assessments, including measuring and monitoring vital signs such as temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.
• Accurately record, interpret, and report clinical observations, including urine testing, blood glucose monitoring, and other assessments relevant to the practice area.
• Provide basic wound care and assist in implementing patient-specific treatment plans.
• Support medication administration in accordance with professional guidelines and under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
• Assist patients with daily living tasks, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and eating.
• Deliver first aid and respond appropriately to medical emergencies.
• Collaborate closely with Registered Nurses, doctors, and allied health professionals to plan and deliver patient-centered care.
• Participate in health education activities and contribute to community health promotion initiatives.
Required Skills and experience
• Diploma in Nursing (Enrolled Nurse qualification)
• Current nursing registration
• Strong observational, communication, and teamwork skills
• Compassionate, patient-focused, and committed to high-quality care
• Ability to follow clinical instructions and work within a supervised scope of practice
Salary Package
Annual salary ranging from $72000 to $78,000, plus superannuation.
