Job description
Are you a passionate and adaptable English Teacher looking to make a real difference in the lives of young people? We're seeking a dedicated English Teacher to join an Alternative Provision in Sandwell, working with SEN students in Years 9-11. This is a full-time position with an immediate start. You'll be teaching a mixed cohort of GCSE English and Functional Skills English learners, supporting students who may have faced barriers to mainstream education. The ideal candidate will bring creativity and enthusiasm to the role, as well as experience working with SEN students. You'll need to be able to adapt your teaching style to meet the needs of individual students, using a range of strategies to engage and motivate them. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and flexible English Teacher to make a real difference in the lives of young people.
