By joining the finance team as a Accountant, you’ll play a key role in the Global financial operations of Docplanner. You’ll be responsible for processing accounting records in accordance with IFRS, on time, and in compliance with both internal and external requirements. Key Responsibilities:

• Processing accounting records in accordance with IFRS and local statutory guidelines to ensure compliance and accuracy within the corporate books.

• Executing daily accounting operations, such as processing vendor bills, customer invoices, payments, and managing bank statement accounting, while collaborating with various departments for seamless execution.

• Playing a key role in the Month-End process by recording journal entries such as accruals, deferred expenses, reclassifications, and adjustments, as well as performing variance analysis and validating accounting balances.

• Supporting the local finance team in preparing financial statements and tax declarations.

• Performing reconciliations that vary in complexity, from basic reconciliations of vendor and customer balances to more complex general ledger reconciliations.

• Participating in the implementation of financial and accounting projects, including the integration of group policies and procedures and the onboarding of new subsidiaries into the Accounting Hub in Warsaw.
