Job Description We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic English Private Tutor to join our team. As an English Private Tutor, you will be responsible for providing one-on-one tutoring to students in need of English language support. Your main responsibilities will be to: • Develop and implement personalized lesson plans tailored to each student's needs and goals; • Conduct one-on-one tutoring sessions with students, providing guidance and support; • Monitor student progress and adjust lesson plans as needed; • Communicate with parents and students regarding student progress and any concerns; • Participate in ongoing professional development to improve teaching skills and stay up-to-date with best practices in education. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or a related field; • 1+ year of experience in teaching or tutoring English language; • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities; • Willingness to commit to a minimum of 5 hours of tutoring per week.
