Job Description We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an English Private Tutor. As an English Private Tutor, you will be responsible for providing one-on-one tutoring to students in need of English language support. Your main responsibilities will be to: • Develop and implement personalized lesson plans for each student, taking into account their learning style, strengths, and weaknesses. • Deliver high-quality tutoring sessions, using a variety of teaching methods and materials to engage students and promote learning. • Monitor student progress, identify areas of improvement, and adjust lesson plans accordingly. • Communicate regularly with students and parents to keep them informed of student progress and any issues that may arise. • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices in teaching and learning. • Collaborate with other tutors and the Superprof team to share knowledge, resources, and best practices. Job Requirements • Bachelor's degree in English or a related field. • 1+ year of experience teaching English as a second language. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
