As an English Lead Teacher at Outcomes First Group, you will be responsible for leading a team of teachers in delivering high-quality education to our students. Key responsibilities: • Lead a team of teachers to deliver high-quality education to our students. • Develop and implement effective lesson plans that meet the needs of all learners. • Monitor and evaluate student progress, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address these. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to teaching and learning. • Provide coaching and mentoring to teachers to improve their practice. • Contribute to the development of school policies and procedures.
