Engineering Team Lead

Your responsibilities will include: • Leading a team of engineers in designing, developing, testing, and deploying software products. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize product features and requirements. • Developing and maintaining technical roadmaps and strategies for the engineering team. • Mentoring and coaching engineers to improve their skills and knowledge. • Identifying and mitigating risks associated with project timelines, budgets, and quality. • Building strong relationships with stakeholders, including product managers, designers, and other teams. • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve the engineering team’s capabilities.
