Engineering Professional - Aerospace

We are looking for an Engineering Professional with fluent German (mandatory) and good English to join our team in Augsburg, Germany, supporting customer coordination and engineering projects in the aerospace/tool engineering environment.

Tasks

Act as the local interface between Airbus Tool Engineering/Production teams and our offshore engineering team. Coordinate customer requirements, meetings, follow-ups, and project activities. Understand, clarify, and communicate technical requirements between customer and engineering teams. Track open topics, actions, and deliverables to ensure timely closure. Participate in customer/project meetings and coordinate follow-up actions. Support resolution of technical and project coordination issues.

Requirements

Degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related discipline. Fluent German and good English – mandatory. Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills. Good technical understanding and organizational skills. Experience in aerospace, Airbus, tool engineering, manufacturing, or production engineering is an advantage. Experience working with offshore/distributed engineering teams is a plus.
