We are looking for an Engineering Planner (m/w/d) for our customer, Siemens Energy Global GmbH & Co. KG, as part of the staffing agency at the Duisburg location. We are seeking a versatile professional with expertise in areas such as Jira task management, business intelligence, and project management. This is a key role in optimizing processes, providing actionable insights, and ensuring project success.

Your tasks: Order processing: Providing order-related task management in Jira, participating in schedule coordination meetings in the technical and production departments, ensuring that projects are completed within the time and budget framework, identifying risks and coordinating with stakeholders, being a point of contact for technology regarding order processing in Jira and conducting training sessions on order processing in Jira
Standard network plans: Conducting change cycles to optimize technical standard network plans in Primavera, coordinating changes with overall planning and other interface partners, being a point of contact for the technology department regarding standard network plans, 
Data/Process Management: Creating dashboards and reports in Jira, supporting report creation, analyzing data from various sources to support decision-making, creating process descriptions
Collaboration with teams to improve data quality and meet business requirements

Your profile: Completed bachelor's degree, e.g., in the field of data development or equivalent
At least 5 years of combined experience in technical functions (e.g., engineering, data services)
Skills: Data analysis, visualization, task planning, resource management
Required tool knowledge: Primavera P6, Jira, MS Office Suite, Big Picture, Power BI, SQL
Very good German and English skills
Soft Skills: Communication, teamwork, problem-solving competence, analytical skills
