Michael Page - Analyze public and private tenders. - Prepare metric computations and electrical balances. - Design large-scale electrical plants, including multi-megawatt wind farms and photovoltaic parks, taking care of layout, sizing criteria, and technological choices. - Develop optimized technical-economic solutions (CAPEX/OPEX analysis). - Prepare technical reports, estimates, appraisals, and variants. - Collaborate with Commercial and Operations teams to define competitive offers and activity plans. - Participate in internal kick-off meetings, follow-up activities, and interface with the client during proposal phase. - Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent) - Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical design and/or tendering (renewable energy, distribution, substations) or similar experience in Oil&Gas plant engineering. - Good familiarity with technical software (ETAP, NEPLAN, DIgSILENT, PV-Syst, AutoCAD 2D/3D or similar). - Knowledge of sector regulations and technologies (IEC/CEI, renewable energy, AT/MT?). - Analytical skills, result-oriented, collaborative attitude, and problem-solving ability. - Technical English (spoken and written).
