Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, providing technical direction and support.Design and architect scalable, efficient software systems utilizing AWS, Postgres RDS, and Django.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine and prioritize project requirements.Develop, implement, and maintain best practices for software development, testing, and deployment.Ensure adherence to high-quality standards and industry best practices.Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure costs and resources effectively.Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of innovative features.Qualifications:
Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development, particularly with AWS, Postgres RDS, and Django.Proven experience in technical leadership and team management roles.Strong understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns.Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach.Experience working with agile development methodologies.
