Engineering Manager

Position: Engineering Manager (Dotnet 9.0) Experience: 8–12 Years Location: Pune, India We are looking for a hands-on Engineering Manager with deep expertise in .NET 9/10, microservices, and cloud-agnostic architectures to lead one of our key product engineering teams. This role is pivotal in shaping scalable travel platform solutions for innovation, quality, and delivery excellence. Key Responsibilities: Architecture Leadership: Own solution architecture design, system decomposition, and service design. Drive the adoption of architectural best practices and patterns. Ensure system scalability, performance, and security. Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the engineering team. Foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement. Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality. Team Management: Manage, mentor, and coach a team of software engineers. Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback. Facilitate team collaboration and communication. Project Delivery: Oversee the development and delivery of software projects. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Manage project risks and dependencies. Collaboration: Collaborate with product management, QA, and other stakeholders. Understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions. Stay updated on the latest technology trends and advancements. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field. 8–12 years of experience in software development. Proven experience in leading and managing engineering teams. Deep understanding of .NET (preferably .NET 9/10) and microservices architecture. Experience with cloud-agnostic architectures. Strong understanding of software design principles and patterns. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Experience with Agile methodologies.
