Engineering Manager

Job Title: Engineering Manager Role Overview The Engineering Manager is a senior technical and people leader responsible for building high-performing engineering teams, driving architectural excellence, and delivering complex products at scale. This role blends deep technical oversight, strong execution capability, and strategic alignment with business goals. You will guide engineers in making sound architectural decisions (HLD/LLD), lead multi-team programs, and ensure predictable delivery across multiple projects. As a key member of the leadership team, you will collaborate closely with other leaders to drive company-wide initiatives and set technical direction. The ideal candidate has 8+ years of experience in software development or engineering management, with a strong track record of delivering complex products at scale. You should have expertise in one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, Python), as well as knowledge of cloud-based technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure). A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
